Clutter is a part of all of our lives. Let’s face it, it hampers us from achieving supreme productivity during a normal day. Without clutter, surprisingly we feel automatically feel amazing and productive in our daily lives.

I have conjured my top five simple ways to remove clutter. I hope this post helps relieve your daily cluttered life.

1. Write

Write down all your thoughts, ideas, fear’s , to do list’s, jokes, bills to pay or anything that you are dwelling on both positive and negative. Write this on to either an actual paper inside of a notebook, chart in google document, or word document whatever you choose. This might seem strange but if you have a “full” mind or a mind that is trying to remember information you can’t think properly. Once you clear your mind you can make rational decisions and be productive.

2. Clean

Clean off your desk, make your bed, clean your car, clean the kitchen, clean up the dog shit, organize your computer into specific files so your desktop is clear. Get rid of all physical clutter in your presence. This is key as if done properly, it tricks your mind into thinking that your organized and then your mind becomes clear.

3. Exercise

Exercise increases blood flow to your brain and other important muscles and give’s you energy to move around and get things done. You can’t remove clutter without exercise as removing clutter takes energy and your body generates natural energy from working out.

4. Sleep

Without sleep you have no energy to do the menial work to remove clutter. If your tired take a break and go to sleep. There is no such as productivity or removing clutter for people who don’t sleep or don’t get enough rest. If you have a lot of clutter and your tired go to bed first then wake up and remove the clutter.

5. Refrain

Don’t drink, smoke weed, over eat, or in take anything else that will slow you down. There is a time and place for all of this but not during clutter removal time, as these substances inhibit your brain from generating sufficient energy to get stuff done.
