We live in an era that breeds a new outside the box form of creationism that allows individuals to easily spread the content that they produce through the various social distribution lines. Content could be Video, Writings, Photos, Pod Casts etc. The influence a person has over other people in the world is enormous. They have the same reach of their voice as any politician, professional athlete, or actor/actress.

With that said there the power of the Internet has created two forms of individuals in this world. There is “Creators” and “Sellers.

A Creator has a has a deep passion for whatever he/she is producing. A creator could be producing a new Website Project, Movie Production, Music Track etc. They have a deep desire to make their mark in a non monetary way. They care about their legacy and have a vision of where they want to be and how they want their product to come out. They are less concerned about daily monetary gain and more concerned about the type of mark they are leaving on society with their project.

They have a physcholgical need to do something creative, unique and bright and if that need isn’t fulfilled in the daily grind then they feel a part of them is missing. Seeing the way society reacts to their thoughts, ideas, and actions that come through their mind is indeed the purpose of why creators are so driven and is their essential motivation. The thoughts, ideas, and actions are integral pieces of the finished product which is the creation. Usually with this central focus on their creation monetary gain isn’t far behind. Once monetary gain is successfully achieved then “Sellers” usually come into the picture.

Sellers, on the other hand could be quite successful individuals yet they look at life differently. They are cynics by nature, they make great money in most instances yet they’re profession in most cases serve no obvious long term purpose.

They build absolutely no long term value in the projects that they are working on and in most cases they’re essential motivation for waking up each day and working is monetary. They look at everything in the “NOW” power and have very little care about their legacy and making a mark.

They usually have “Creators” in their life and in some instances they envy them but are afraid to take that next step to become a creator because it is way to risky and they are scared that their way of life may change.

We all are “Creative” people, we are all blessed with dreams, aspirations, and a vision of who we are or who we want to be . We all deep down want to be “Creators” yet sometimes we just fall short and can’t take that step. After reading this passage take a minute and ask yourself “Am I a Creator” or am I a “Seller”? This self realization can really steer you in the right direction. I know it has with me.
